If your request relates specifically to information published by a restaurant, we may direct you to that restaurant where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Ordering and Reservation Platforms

A YuhRestaurant page may contain a button or link that sends you to a third-party service. Examples include:

For future features such as online ordering or table reservations, the restaurant may act as a data controller in relation to its customer information, while YuhSolutions may process some information to provide the technology. Additional contractual data-processing terms may apply to such functionality.

24. YuhSolutions as a Data Controller

YuhSolutions may act as a data controller for information it determines the purposes and means of processing, including information used for:

• Account administration, billing, and sales
• Security and service operations
• Legal compliance and YuhRestaurant business administration

YuhSolutions will seek to comply with applicable data protection requirements relating to information for which it acts as data controller.
